About Me
Welcome to Soul Scribe, a blog about the journey to God.

Enjoy the journey!
I was born, raised, and still am a practicing Roman Catholic. Currently, I’m a student in a theology program. What I have to say is my reflective take on theology and how it applies to the world. I’m doing the best I can to make sense of it all – and I know many young people out there feel the same – especially the young adults out there who fall through the Church community’s cracks. My opinions are based on my understanding and experience. Each day, I grow in knowledge of faith. I only represent myself as a practicing Catholic, but I do my best to portray the teachings of the Church accurately when they apply.
While my understanding is rooted in the Catholic Church, this blog is not exclusive. I believe we find our strength in the common ground we share – as Christians, Muslims, Jews and other faith traditions.
Peace out,
Phyllis
